Project introduction: This project will be implemented and constructed from the following six parts: product research and development design: 3D modeling and simulation of the product through 3D software, and process design based on the model. Through seamless connection between the product data management system and other systems, the 3D model of the product will be transmitted to other systems to achieve paperless production and build a digital workshop; Automated flexible production line: Provides flexible modular mechanical structure design, which can complete different functions through functional combinations. Key parts such as welding, spraying, etc. are completed by robots, ensuring product quality; MES manufacturing execution system: adopts centralized control for distributed production processes, playing a role in production task execution, production fault diagnosis, and product quality management; Workshop and warehouse intelligent logistics: During the storage and production process of parts, the AGV car automatically cruises and transports parts, ensuring the speed and accuracy of part transportation and storage; Optimization of production processes and product performance based on big data mining analysis: By collecting and analyzing factory production and fault data, the production process is optimized, and product design is optimized through product monitoring, diagnosis, and maintenance data collection and analysis; ERP Enterprise Resource Planning Management: Manage all production resources and finances of the enterprise. From design to products, from management to manufacturing, all are based on digitization and intelligence, with the goal of improving factory production efficiency, ensuring product quality and consistency, and increasing product market competitiveness. We aim to build a digital workshop for agricultural machinery and equipment production.
