1、 Overall requirements
(1) Guiding ideology.

We should not only focus on the transformation of energy-saving technology and energy management in schools, but also on the creation of campus soft environments to achieve a quiet and nourishing effect.

Priority should be given to the dissemination of green and low-carbon concepts and technological progress achievements in schools, and industry leading enterprises should provide free social practice classes to universities, middle schools, and primary schools. 3、 Integrating green and low-carbon development into education and teaching
