Recently, the "Technical Guidelines for the Planning of New Energy Storage for Cross provincial Power Transmission Configuration in New Energy Bases" (draft for soliciting opinions) led by the National Energy Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "draft for soliciting opinions") was released to the public.
